These conditions are only valid between the company Coffee & Co. Srl with headquarters in Via Garibaldi 3 Int 2 - Gallipoli (Lecce) - 73011, VAT 04395380753, and anyone engaging online purchases on the website www.thecoffeecompanyshop.it hereinafter referred to as '' CUSTOMER ''. These conditions may be subject to changes, as the date line is equivalent to the date of entry into force. These general conditions governing purchases on www.thecoffeecompanyshop.it site, in accordance with Articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 Consumer Code, Section II of Chapter I of Title Third of the third part, which should be consulted as required by art. 60 of the Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 1 - Purpose of the contract

With these general conditions of sale, Coffee & Co. Srl sells and buys CUSTOMER remotely movable tangible indicated and offered for sale on the site www.thecoffeecompanyshop.it. The contract concludes exclusively through the Internet, by accessing the CUSTOMER at www.thecoffeecompanyshop.it and implementation of a purchase order in accordance with the procedure provided by the site itself.

ARTICLE 2 - Public offering

The Products and related prices presented in the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the procedures set out in the General Conditions and in the Site. The conditions of this offer only apply to purchases made on the Site.

ARTICLE 3 - Prices

All prices include VAT.
The delivery costs (hereinafter "Delivery Charges") are charged to the customer and properly highlighted in the Purchase Order (the "Purchase Order").

ARTICLE 4 - Order and Delivery Mode

Purchase Orders must be made online through the order process on the Site.

The Client correctly concludes Procedure Order if the site does not show any error message (the system can not detect errors in reference to the data entered by the customer in the field dedicated to the addresses for billing and shipping).

The customer can only purchase products in the electronic catalog site www.thecoffeecompanyshop.it when placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product can not be fully representative of its features but differ in color, size, and accessories in the picture. All support information is intended as mere material for general information, not due to real characteristics of a single product.

The Purchase Agreement will be concluded at the time of receipt by the Order of Coffee & Co. Srl. In this case Coffee & Co. Srl shall acknowledge receipt of the Order by sending an e-mail confirmation 'order (the "order Confirmation") to the email address supplied by the customer during the registration to www.thecoffeecompanyshop.it site. No responsibility can be attributed to Coffee & Co. Srl in case of delay in the order.

Coffee & Co. Ltd may accept delivery orders both in Italian territory and abroad.

Coffee & Co. Srl will deliver (the "Delivery Service") by specialized carriers (hereinafter "Carriers"),) then the delivery times indicated are approximate and are quantified in working days. For minors or uncomfortable place islands the delivery time may increase. At the time of placing the Order will indicate the date Estimated Delivery. That date is purely indicative, therefore, no responsibility can be attributed to Coffee & Co. Srl in the event of a failure to comply with same. The delivery will take place without prior appointment and is intended in the street. The delivery will be done by courier BRT (Bartolini) in a time between 8.00 and 19.00 Monday to Friday. The Carrier will do n. Two (2) attempts to deliver the products to the address specified by the customer. In case of absence the first delivery, the Carrier will leave a warning card with the phone number to call to arrange a second delivery, which otherwise will be made on the working day following the first delivery. After the second attempt was successful the products will be kept in storage for free by the Carrier for n. 3 (three) days (calendar), during which the customer can contact him for further agreements. ARTICLE 5 - Payment arrangements


1 - Bank transfer in advance: the method of payment by bank transfer requires that the order will be processed only after payment by the customer and received by Coffee & Co. ARTICLE 6 - Right of withdrawal

The customer must return the material received through their trusted courier. The customer will not pay anything for the return of the product, except for the shipping costs for the delivery. Coffee & Co. Ltd also proceed within 14 days of return of goods, the rebate of the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and only deducting the amount of the delivery and return shipping costs. Srl will inform the customer (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal;

- Coffee & Co. Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned with shipments charged to the customer;

- On arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Coffee & Co. Srl will subtract from the refund due to a percentage, but no more than 20% of it, towards the cost of restoration.

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Coffee & Co. Srl finds:

- The non-diligent use of the good that has compromised its integrity, or use of any supplies;

- The lack of external and / or internal packaging;

- The absence of product components (accessories, manuals, parts, ...);

- The product is damaged for causes other than its transport.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods remain at the headquarters of Coffee & Co. Srl to the Customer for collection at your expense.

6.1. Exclusion from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the customer who purchases for purposes related to their work (eg: instrumental use, resale etc.), And who therefore communicate in Coffee & Co. Srl their VAT. The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases:

• Purchase of packaged products, whose original packaging has been tampered with or damaged by the Customer;

ARTICLE 7- Guarantees


The guarantee of 24 months in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. This warranty is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity, Coffee & Co. Srl provides, without cost to the customer, the restoration of conformity by complete replacement, until the termination of the contract.

In the event that, for whatever reason, is unable to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced), Coffee & Co. Srl will proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the good or to replace it with a product equal or superior characteristics.

The remedy requested by the consumer will be completed by Coffee & Co. Srl, including sending the product to the Technical Assistance Centre authorized by the manufacturer, unless the request is not objectively impossible to satisfy or it is prohibitively expensive for Coffee & Co. Srl pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code


The times the total or partial replacement of the product depends solely on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be obtained in Coffee & Co. Srl for any delays in repairs or replacements.

In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, parts, etc ... ); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend to enter into a second box; It should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product. The customer will be given an authorization number to return the product (RMA) to be shown outside of the package, following the instructions given directly into the e-mail authorization.

ARTICLE 8. Privacy

ARTICLE 9. Applicable Law

The sales contract between the customer and Coffee & Co. Srl is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this sale contract, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Benevento (BN).
